If you receive a message that crosses the line, threatens your safety, or harms your well-being, here's what you can do to manage this situation and protect yourself from any harmful interactions on our platform.

• Do not hesitate to report it to us immediately. Our specialized team is here to support you and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.

Some messages to report urgently:

• Any message that is aggressive or threatens your safety or physical or psychological well-being.
• Any unsolicited or non-consensual sexual message.
• Any harmful message: racism, sexism, transphobia, or body-shaming have no place at idanlove.

A Fake Account

The best way to ensure you're not dealing with a fake account is to ask the user to verify their profile, if they haven't already. However, several red flags may indicate you're interacting with a scammer:

• The user asks for money
• They refuse video calls or in-person meetings
• Their social media profiles were created very recently

If anything seems suspicious about a user, it's best to err on the side of caution. If you think you've spotted a fake account, you can choose to report or block it.

What happens after I report an account?

When you report an account on our dating platform, our moderation team quickly reviews the information provided and takes appropriate action to resolve the issue.

If we determine that an account has violated our Community Guidelines or engaged in fraudulent behavior, we quickly take appropriate action, including:

• Blocking and banning the user, preventing them from further interaction with you on the platform.
• Contacting the victim directly to offer assistance in the most serious cases.
